<![CDATA[Packer/Puller]]> Alternative Work Week Schedule   4/10 Monday through Thursday. 8:30AM-7PM.

Packing is the process that handles, collates, and assembles the finished products from the discharge of the manufacturing process to their storage in inventory. Pulling ensures the first quality check of the finished products, communicates with the Machine Operators the adjustments to be made.

 

Promote a safe work place and follow all established work policies.
- Perform the task of safely removing batches of bags from the end of the machine according to the Packing Work Instructions.
- Constantly observe the product for conformation and notify superiors when an observable fault is noticed.
- Able to start, log in and operate the Packing Station system and software.
- Accurately pack product into correct boxes.
- Maintain overall quality of packing assemblies
- Operate the off-line side seal equipment when required. Refer to the Doboy Work Instructions.
- Follow established process operating and ergonomic and safety procedures.
- Pull bags at the end of the process
- Verify the quality of each bag
- Pull out the QC sample for the QC Technician
- Communicate with the Machine Operator any adjustment to be made or visual flaw
- Assist with tool changes
- Assist with roll changes
- Help with manual manufacturing process such as side sealing, packing, scanning when the machine is not operating
- Dump all the pickers bins and trim bin when needed

    inventory controls. Manage all expenses are processed for payment in a timely manner.

     

    • Distribute and delegate work load to guarantee maximum production and

       

    guest satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses in terms of labor and materials.

     

    • Manage proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies by monitoring usage, providing

       

    complete training for employees of proper labeling of hazardous supplies in

     

    accordance with OSHA regulations.

     

    • Evaluate condition of furniture, fixtures, decors, etc. Make recommendations and assist in the

       

    coordination of Preventative Maintenance and deep cleaning.

     

    • Coordinate all maintenance issues with maintenance department.
    • Receive and resolve all complaints due to housekeeping.
    • Maintain Lost & Found.
    • Communicate with Front Desk, Management and Sales about any guest policy violations.* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays.
